We have been providing services for mentally and physically challenged individuals
in Minnesota since 1989. We are committed to a policy of positive
reinforcement combined with a sound development program focus, assuring
a high level of care and development assistance in order to most
appropriately address individual needs.

My Brothers' Keeper not only serves families, it is a family-run business. Its board members are also part of the staff, creating a close-knit group dedicated to actively promoting its programs and services to the Minnesota community.

Arliss Anderson, Board Chairperson and Executive Director. Arliss founded My Brothers’ Keeper in August of 1989 after working with multi-challenged children at School District 187. Realizing that the families of these children needed help in their homes, Arliss made it her goal to provide these services. She began by working hands-on with the first few clients herself and as the company grew she assumed the role of Executive Director.

Doreen Siplinger, Board President and Retired as Director of Finance Doreen joined the Board in November of 1992 and has served continuously since then. In 1996, she accepted a part-time position in the office, eventually assuming the full-time responsibilities of billing, payroll, and bookkeeping. Has retired as of 12/2011...Congratulations !!

| Carol Benoy, Board Member Carol joined the board in 1991, serving continuously since then. In July of 2002, she began working part-time with clients at Atwood House, and as more homes opened, at Harvest House and Holmes Place. Carol now holds a full-time position as a caregiver in the group homes..

| Wendy Sawvel, Board Treasurer
Wendy joined the Board in March of 2007, she is self employed, business oriented, and an asset to the Board.

| Cody Siplinger, Board Secretary/ Financial Administrator Cody joined the Board in March of 2004. He became a member of the office team in October 2006. Cody is now in training to take over for Doreen when she retires in November 2011.

| Jackie Kinney, Client/Employee Relations Administrator, Office manager Jackie started with My Brothers’ Keeper in 2000 as Administrative Assistant. After one year, she was promoted to Office Administrator and is now Office manager.

Brett McLean, Housing Director.
Brett started wiith My Brothers’ Keeper in May, 2006 as Housing Director for our group homes. Duties include Group Home Supervisor of Policies and Procedure and HIPPA Regulation Specialist for group homes and the office. Brett has a BA in Psychology and Behavioral Interactions from Winona State University.

| Gay Deleeuw, Client/Employee Relations Director, Board Member as of 2011 Gay began as a PCA in 1998. A year later, she became House Supervisor for My Brothers’ Keepers' first group home where she remained for 5 years. In 2005, Gay was promoted to her current position.

Jan Vittera, Administrative Assistant. Jan started as Administrative Assistant in June of 2007, previously she worked as a rebate processor for Young America. She comes to My Brothers' Keeper with 20 plus years of secretarial experience.

| Gina Volby, Client/Employee Relations Assistant Gina came to us on January 26th 2009 from a temp agency, then became full time on April 26th. Previously she worked for 13yrs as a parts mgr. for Brambillas Inc. She grew up in Shakopee!

| Lisa Evans/Billing Administrator Lisa joined My Brothers' Keeper team in December of 2010. She had been an owner of a daycare specializing in children with special needs for twenty years. Prior to her employment here she was an assistant to a broker at a real estate agency.

| Kim Daun/ Billing Administrator Assistant Kim came to us in March 2011. Before joining our team she worked at Mystic Lake Casino for seven years.She then moved to Texas for two years where she was a staffing coordinator for a PCA provider, she returned to Minnesota to be near her family.
